Friday morning keynote by Dr. Donna Beegle, nationally
recognized poverty expert and author of "See Poverty, Be the
Difference" and "An Action Approach to Educating Students Who Live in
the Crisis of Poverty". Learn how OT's can better serve people of all
ages effected by the complex issues that surround families living in
poverty. Dr. Beegle has been featured on PBS and has received state
and national honors for her work in poverty.
In addition to the 2 hour workshop by Dr. Beegle, "Breaking Barriers:
Concrete Tools for Working with Clients and Families Living in Poverty"
there will also be:
